Registration Underway for Economically Disadvantaged Indianapolis Children to Enjoy Summer Camp

Registration is underway for summer camp at Happy Hollow Children's camp.Throughout their 60 year history, economically disadvantaged and certain special needs children from Indianapolis and Central Indiana have been impacted by the summer program.

Children have the opportunity to experience outdoor adventures, including canoeing, horseback riding, and archery. Happy Hollow is a place where children have the opportunity to develop important life skills such as self-confidence, teamwork, personal responsibility, problem solving, and self-worth.


Who can attend?
Boys and girls, ages 7-14, that live in the United Way of Central Indiana service area, including Marion, Hendricks, Johnson, Hancock, Shelby, Boone, Hamilton, and Morgan counties.  


Cost

The fee for those who qualify for the School Free or Reduced Lunch Program is $65.00 per camper. An Early-Bird fee of $60 is available if the application, meal form and the TOTAL FEE is received by June 8, 2012.

If your child does not qualify for the School Free or Reduced Lunch Program, they have a sliding payment scale. Call the camp at (317) 638-3849 for more information. Happy Hollow accepts credit cards with a $3.00 dollar fee per transaction.
