Fundraising Event May 19, 2012 for a No-Kill Animal Shelter in Brownsburg, Indiana

Wherever you live in the Indianapolis area, get yourself and the dogs out of the house this Saturday and cruise to Brownsburg for a morning and afternoon of animal-friendly fun. Even better, you'll help support the construction of a no-kill animal shelter. And that's a beautiful thing!

The Misty Eyes Animal Shelter & Learning Center, intended to be Hendricks County’s first & only no-kill shelter, is holding its Spring Jamboree this Saturday, May 19th at Williams Park in Brownsburg.

The fundraising event, held between 10am and 6pm, will feature live entertainment, games of skill, delicious food, a silent auction, car show and plenty more. Vendors will be selling arts, crafts, home goods, fresh produce and more!

Admission is free but donations are welcome and will be used to build a facility. Williams Park does allow dogs as long as they are leashed, so please feel free to bring your pet!

Williams Park is located at 940 S. Locust Street in Brownsburg, Indiana.

Did I mention that the list of silent auction items is huge? Hope to see ya there!
